Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you are located outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly for availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier has received the package.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
GE Moto Sports is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GE Moto Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
If your order is not shipped within 14 days please contact us and we will make sure that your order is on the way.
